This was my first 30 minute erg test! Rate was capped (held) at a 24 the entire time. I was pretty consistent, did not negative split. Maybe will try that next time. Need to watch technique. Be sure to SIT UP when you start getting tired, because the stroke becomes less fluid. Pull from your core, not from your arms.

Found the 4000 to 5000m section was the hardest. Averaged 1:45 during all by the 3800 to 5200 section where I rowed 1:48 or even 1:50. Ended strong, feel with more cardio work, I can get this below 21 minutes.
